Jeff and Rachel are known as a couple who have a love of making spaces beautiful and who work hard to make dreams come true for their clients. They have been married for 28 years and run Salted Hue Interiors together as a team in Crown Point, Indiana, along with another full time designer on the team, Sadie.

We offer design or remodeling services separately based on your needs, but also offer our signature Design + Build service, where we work together with both design and remodeling services as a complete option for your project.

RACHEL COLLINS // PRINCIPAL DESIGNER + CEO
Rachel is known for her creativity, aesthetic eye, and attention to detail. She has the ability to think about small details most people would overlook. She loves getting to work closely with their clients to help create a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming home environment that people truly love to be in.

As a lover of nature, water, and the beach, Rachel pulls in inspiration from nature into her design projects with colors and textures to create a calm and restful home environment. She works on all styles of projects, and has developed the signature Salted Hue style of modern, natural, and coastal inspired interiors.
JEFF COLLINS // LICENSED CONTRACTOR + COO
Jeff has worked in the remodeling world for over 25 years, and brings a great deal of experience and expertise to the business. He is a highly respected and sought-after contractor booking out many months in advance.
People wait for Jeff to work on their projects because of his excellent reputation. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, yet fast in his work, and seeks to exceed our clients expectations. Rachel confidently says he is the best contractor in the area.
Also a lover of the water, Jeff enjoys fishing and relaxing at the beach, and golfing, if he isn’t working which is not that often! Jeff says he’s made to work, and enjoys the hands on nature of completing all stages of a project himself.
