Bass Lake Project Reveal: From Forgotten Spaces to Lakeside Luxury

We’re so excited to finally reveal our Bass Lake Project — a fresh take on lakeside living, designed to elevate underused spaces and infuse the entire home with both function and personality. From clever storage solutions to thoughtful details, this transformation celebrates both family life and the great outdoors.

Personal Touches that Tell a Story

To add a sense of history and soul, we brought in framed vintage Bass Lake photography — honoring the area’s rich past while giving the home timeless character. It’s a small detail that makes a big impact.

A Hall Bath That Shines

The hall bathroom got a clean, modern refresh — complete with:

✔️ Fresh wall tile

✔️ A sleek new vanity

✔️ Bright lighting ideal for those post-swim routines

It’s crisp, modern, and ready for guests (or sandy feet!).

Playful, Personal Bathrooms for Two Brothers

Upstairs, we transformed two small boys' bathrooms into fun, lake-inspired escapes — each reflecting their unique personality:

Both are playful without being kitschy, and designed to grow with them for years to come.

🔹 One bath features custom wakeboard art labeled with “Bass Lake” — bold, graphic, and full of energy.

🔹 The other leans into a fishing theme, with cool-toned tilework and a serene, nature-inspired palette.

The dog washing station is the definition of practicality for these clients and we fully integrated it into the design flow and layout of the space

Making the Most of Forgotten Spaces

We continued the renovation by reimagining one of the most overlooked areas of the home: the mudroom and laundry zone. What was once a pass-through is now a true workhorse of the house, and a beautiful one at that.

What we added:

🔹 Custom cabinetry to keep things tidy and tailored

🔹 Built-in laundry basket slots for effortless organization

🔹 Wall hooks for lake-damp coats and towels

🔹 And yes, a commercial dog-washing station for their water-loving pups 🐾

This multifunctional space now serves as a welcome-back hub after long days on the lake — functional, durable, and full of charm.
